Refund Policy
No returns or exchange unless the items you receive are damaged or faulty.

Remember to check your address carefully before confirming your order. If a package is returned to us we will refund you for the cost of the order minus the shipping fee. The refund will be issued after the package has arrived back at our location and each product checked back in.
If the items you purchased are damaged or faulty, you must inform us within 3 days of receipt. Email us on [email protected] detailing your sales reference, name and date of purchase and the item you wish to return and we will issue you with a returns number.
Note: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by you.
